When will my order be posted via standard post?
All our 'standard post' orders are dispatched 2-3 times per week. Allow time for Australia Post to process your order on top of dispatch.

I need my order in a hurry. Is this possible?
Simply select the 'Rush my order' option when checking out. You will then jump the queue, with yours being made top priority and being sent express post within two business days.

I want my time.tin sent to a friend rather than my address. How do I do this?
Simply add the recipients postal address in the comments section and we will post it straight to the lucky recipient. *Please note that this option is available for Australian Residents only.

I want my time.tin sent to a friend overseas. How do I do this?
Simply email us for an overseas postage quote and we will provide instructions as to how to complete your order.

The anklet I would like says it is sold out. How can I get one?
Easy, just contact us through the 'contact' tab or by emailing me at hello@timetin.net and let me know what you are after and I will be able to arrange it for you.

Do you provide gift wrapping?
Each and every one of our time.tins are hand wrapped in brown kraft paper and finished off with twine and a gift card for you to fill out. Perfect if you are purchasing for a friend or family member. 

Do you combine shipping for more than one tin?
Yes, we certainly do. Please see the 'postage' tab.

How will I receive my Australia Post tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your shipping number attached.
